I discovered two new breeding habitats in 2012.

Augmenting the Microenvironment Garden:

Dave’s crew expanded the salamander habitat further by digging a 6ft diameter hole and a trench that extended to the fence line. Dave’s crew planted aspens and anchored dead limbs and trunks in the soil, creating a riparian habitat which will support a wide array of small animals.
